CONDITIONS

OF ENTRY

  • Conditions of entry are subject to Government and other regulatory legislation, health orders, directions and mandates that require compliance by law.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16+.
  • Pets are not permitted on premises (service dogs exempt).
  • No alcohol is to be brought onto the premise, including the carpark.
  • Suitable footwear and clothing must be worn at all times.
  • Laserzone is not responsible for personal property or valuables.
  • Patrons must act with consideration for yourself and others and refrain from behaviour which could cause harm.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas except designated smoking areas.
  • Adults and carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.

LASER

TAG

Laser Tag is a physical activity played in a dimly lit and fog filled arena which contains mazes, ramps, obstacles, lighting effects, music and other players. All players deem themselves fit and able to play and participate at their own risk.


It is not advised to participate if you have one or more of the following conditions: 

  • Seizure disorder such as epilepsy
  • Heart condition or similar conditions relating to the ability to participate in cardiovascular exercise
  • Asthma or other respiratory conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • Any other medical conditions that might affect your ability to play the game

All participants must be 110cm and wear fully enclosed footwear.

VIRTUAL

REALITY

Virtual Reality has a certain level of inherent risk. By entering the Virtual Reality area you are agreeing to assume all risk and to indemnify Laserzone Sunshine Coast in relation to any damage you may suffer including serious personal injury, psychiatric injury or death.

  • Players deem themselves fit and healthy to participate
  • By entering the Virtual Reality area you assume all liability for any injury that may occur while participating or spectating
  • Players understand that staff members may be required to touch their shoulders or hands to help assist in game play or positioning

Children under 15 must have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian prior to play. Laserzone Sunshine Coast takes no responsibility for game selection. 


All participants must be 12+ years old.

By entering the premises, you agree to follow the Conditions of Entry and any reasonable staff instruction. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove persons under the influence, who are disorderly, engage in inappropriate behaviour, or breach any of the Conditions of Entry.


For safety and security, random electronic surveillance is in use at this venue. Laserzone may use any photographs or video that we take of you for advertising purposes. Photographs or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and not for any commercial purpose.


All patrons accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with activities and attractions and agree to follow all activity rules. Patrons deem themselves fit to participate. You must seek medical advice if you are uncertain, particularly if you have a health or medical condition, are pregnant or have other physical limitations.
